    Tesla Truck

Has anyone seen the Tesla truck up close, not in a photograph?

I did yesterday for the first time.

It is ridiculous looking; Like it was designed by George Jetson's animator; Like what you would expect a future car in a bad 1960s Sci fi film to look like; Like a very large child's toy.

You stand next to it and SYH; Have these engineers have no aesthetic sense?

I saw 4 last week, and I'd never seen any in person before. The whole thing is a series of sharp lines and angles. It's different for sure, and to me not a good-looking vehicle at all.

They do look like something out of a sci-fi film. They reminded me of something you'd see in like a Terminator movie.

It is honestly hard to find a sci-fi vehicle that sharp and goofy looking.

        Logan's Run:

Got the goofy, not so sharp

        Aliens:

Got the sharp, not so goofy.

Looks like a very cheap terminator knock off movie vehicle. Be like called Killer Robots From The Future Part 76. Or some such.

Maybe he was looking for the Mad Max truck to roll in the future, in a Mad Max scenario, with the way our world is going...............Rockin'

I didn't think much of it until I saw it in person. Did like it more when it was in front of me than in the pics. Maybe because I am not really a truck guy but it had a lot of cool features.

Regardless it is not on my shopping list. I know someone that is on the waiting list so we shall see.

Being what it is made of could be a factor. But a lot of thought went into that vehicle. It wasn't one of these that they felt that they had to catch up. I was shown a Rivan and it was full of cool ideas that actually are usable

Yes we have 3 in my small area. The first two I saw were ugly. The 3rd was wrapped in white. It actually changed the look a lot. It looked pretty good but it's not for me.

I saw one in matte gray with some fat off road wheels and it looked very hard and futuristic. But it’s strictly a city car with no real off road capabilities.

I think Hummer EV is nicer but the long, unreliable charging makes it impractical right now. If that part gets worked out, id get it in a heartbeat.
