And yes, I believe *****s lawyers were in talks with the DOJ to return them and had already returned some. Correct?
Apparently there wasn't since Vice Presidents can move documents. If Hurr had proof of a crime, then we would know.

you haven’t even read the hur report so stop pretending.

      Your mental gymnastics are exhausting.
So let’s drill down a little more.

When does the crime occur? When taking the documents or when refusing to give them back?

cause it seems to me like you’re saying it’s ok for anybody in congress or the senate to do it at anytime as long as they give them back when someone else gets charged for it.

I just want to be on the same page here and make sure your standards are applied equally across the board.

That's a whole lot of bs to parse through there, but for the sake of expediting this conversation and not wasting time with your crying, I'll get to the point.

The crime occurred when ***** refused to give the docs back and attempted to hide/keep them.

If he had found that he had the documents and returned them, he wouldn't be going to court now would he? Use your brain.

I'm not mad at all. So you are wasting your love.

My guess would be neither committed a crime by taking them unless there is more to the story. ***** likely had them and forgot to return them. ***** likely took them and had no plans on returning them. But to make it better for you, let's say ***** took them by mistake.

Back to my original question now that I answered yours.

Which is worse? ***** initiating returning them and cooperating with the investigation, or ***** hiding them and lying about having them, trying to keep them, and not cooperating with the investigation?

            I'll await your answer.

I read that. It’s like that old Tom cruise movie.

You read the book? I only ask because he also wrote "Paycheck" which has a similar premise and it was made into a cheesy action flick with Ben Affleck back in like 04 which was totally my guilty pleasure flick
