I'm realizing the new PM fk'd up in his tenure as Governor of Bank of England and printed way too much money that nearly bankrupted the UK. Also, he was very anti Canada pipeline (Green guy at the time) while being heavily invested personally in Latin America and Middle Eastern pipelines. So...I'm back...

Ironically, Trump is doing this because of a trade imbalance (not a very significant one) and forcing Canada's hand to sell the 60% oil supply which is discounted to the US 10%, and sell it to China and the EU at full price, which would tilt the trade deficit...
