Terrance ... I don't know anybody that has had a bad reaction to the vaccines. No one.. No one in the group that I have coffee with every morning before this latest mini lockdown. No one they know has had a bad reaction Even my daughter who had cancer and a stem cell transplant. She had no immune system when she got her Covid shots. My in-laws who are in their late 80s did not get sick from the Covid shots. Free speech is important but that applies to people on both sides of a conversation.

Free speech does apply to both sides. There's only one side of this debate that wants to silence, imprison, fine, in some rare cases have the government give the death penalty to people for exercise their right to speech. My side isn't the one.

The media and Fauci kept saying "95% effective! 95% effective! 95% effective!." This is a misleading number that might as well be a lie. You are tricking people into getting a vaccine by making them think it's more effective than it really will be.

What they should have said is that "In the clinical trials the vaccine was 95% effective. But, it was tested on the wuhan variant. When this vaccine is available to you, the Wuhan variant will be gone and there'll be new variants. So really the vaccine will probably be much less effective than 95%"

It's the doctors responsibility to tell the patient the true efficacy of a treatment.

Let me now ask you this.

If a doctor told you to get an invasive surgery and and said it was 90% effective. And would never have to have the surgery again. But actually it was really 30% effective. And the surgery didn't work and you had to go under the knife again. Would you be upset?

If you read any of the articles about vaccine efficacy the 95% figure would have been contextualised.

I remember going on the AZ website before my jab and it being very clear that the figure given was from trials.

All over the BBC the headlines were ‘early trials indicate….’

It’s somewhat moot anyway as I don’t think there is a significant number of the vaccinated who think they were duped and regret their decision.

Last point, two jabs still offer significant protection against severe illness against all variants.
