    i use frozen fruits so you don't have to use ice, makes them nice and creamy too. frozen banana slices and frozen berries. then you throw in some spinach and i use lots of powders too. chia seeds, hemp protein, maca powder, and cacao! all superfoods that are great for your body all natural. use stevia so no flavors overpower anything else!

      I stopped taking supplements though, they are useless, just spend more money on real food go to a good cheap grocery chain like ALDI and you can cop some deals and a lot of their stuff is organic or USDA certified.

      I forgot what muscle supp I used but it bloated my face up bad, also eliminate sugar, and high sodium, if you workout you can have a bit sugar and sodium but if you are a sedentary person you dont need much, just make your sugar come from fruits which has natural fructose and health benefits from the vitamins and minerals.
      This is pretty much the perfect answer. Supplements are simply to supplement your diet and real food is far better.

      As hectari said, make sure to check the ingredients if you do decide to purchase something, loads of companies put loads of carbs, sugar and sodium in for no reason other than to up the calories per serving.

      If you're doing a protein shake or something like that, you can use full fat milk and add yogurt and fruit. This will make it have a lot more calories so it's basically a really cheap but high nutritional meal.

        Beta alanine has helped me massively since I started using it pre workout. Just feel like I've got more endurance. Had never touched any supplements until this one and apparently it's pretty well tested.
