I usually put plain greek yogurt with some berries, or fruits, and drink that. you can look for fruit smoothie recipes online easy.

If you trying to build muscle add some Plain whey.

I stopped taking supplements though, they are useless, just spend more money on real food go to a good cheap grocery chain like ALDI and you can cop some deals and a lot of their stuff is organic or USDA certified.

I forgot what muscle supp I used but it bloated my face up bad, also eliminate sugar, and high sodium, if you workout you can have a bit sugar and sodium but if you are a sedentary person you dont need much, just make your sugar come from fruits which has natural fructose and health benefits from the vitamins and minerals.
        Solid advice right here

What, from the fruits? Those are literally the only thing on there that have sugar. Are you saying I should reduce the amount of fruit I put in there?

You're missing out on all the nutrients that these super foods contain man. Goji berries alone or even Chia seeds are loaded with vitamins and all kids of **** that supercharges your body and healing effects. Keep in mind these things contain very little calories and no sugar.

You're actually doing the very opposite by playing with stuff like Whey powders and all that artificial crap.

              yes. 1-2 fruits per day

                1-2 fruits?

Like one blueberry and one strawberry?

                Are you high?

The amount of fruit I use is not very much man. It's literally just one banana and half a strong finger full of berries and a finger full of the other fruit. It doesn't even come close to hitting the fill line, at least on the Nutribullet.

I still don't understanf this ****. If this were the case then why drink anything but water since your body isnt absorbing any of the nutrients of other drinks. why do the asian cultures love green tea so much and say it has healing properties? you're saying the body evolved to digest from food and not drinks. I haven't been able to find any scientific studies to back this.

I think he meant 1-2 servings of fruit, not two pieces lol. I disagree with that anyway. People assume fruits have a lot of sugar and while some do, many don't. People assume they do because of how much sugar is in fruit juices but fruit doesn't have any where near those levels. A cup of sliced strawberries has under 10 grams of sugar and an orange has around the same amount. I'd hardly be concerned about those amounts.

NO! not by piece. like 1-2 kinds. let's say 1 banana and 3 strawberries is enough.
