I have been training for 2 years now, but the last half year I have gotten endurance problems. Its really demotivating me. My endurance is every training different, and also with matches. Thats the reason I have stopped doing boxing matches. I train three times a week a boxing training with a lot of sparring etc. 50% of the time I am complety tired and out within 10 minutes! When the other day I am not even tired at the end of the training and I do some mitt pad work. Also with my last boxing match I was suddenly complety out of endurance in the first round. Thats why it was a draw, when I was way better than the kid. But my body was so heavy within a few minutes.. Does anyone got the same problem and got a solution. I also run 2 times a week, **** doesnt help..

It sounds a lot like you just need to relax and breath. Whenever you do any excercises do them controlled but relaxed. I find that helps as well as building endurance. Also try some interval running on your running days. They will improve your recovery rate

It sounds like it's less your training and more a nutrition and hydration issue especially if you didn't used to have this problem. You should make sure you drink lots of water throughout the day especially in the summer or if doing manual labor. This is most likely the reason you run out of energy so fast, since when you're dehydrated your heart has to work even harder to maintain the same level of physical exertion. Also you should make sure you have adequate carbohydrate intake so that your glycogen storage is full.

This is not the right place to be looking for a quality type of assessment regarding your health.
Best regards.

Is there anything you do differently the last half year in your training or nutrition? Also, how old are you?
It could be nutrition as stated above, but it seems strange that you wouldn't experience problems the first one and a half year if your nutrition and training was the same.
