It could be nutrition as stated above, but it seems strange that you wouldn't experience problems the first one and a half year if your nutrition and training was the same.
I am 17 years old, and the last half year I did only eat better and healthier so its kinda weird. But my nutrition is not that good tho, it could be better. So im gonna try that out.

Are you eating enough carbs and staying hydrated?
I could eat more carbs, I do drink enough tho.

3-5 miles, sometimes I do interval. Sometimes just a normal run. I run 4 miles in 35-40 minutes with no interval.

Nah actually I love boxing, and I am technical better than most guys in my gym. But my endurance ****s it up. Thats why I did not win my last match even tho I was much better.

Run more. 10 miles a week max just won't cut it. Try to run no less than 6 every time you go for a run. Do that about 4x a week and you should definitely see some improvement.

Try taking some vitamins as well. Those would give me a little boost in energy. And some trainers might also say that running very early like 4 a.m is better for you're lungs because the air is cleaner. So you might want to try that.

I used to think running early was bs old school stuff but the air is definitely cleaner and less traffic definitely helps. I would recommend running at least 4 miles for long distance. But running more than twice a week helps. Try 4 times a week.

I know you said you drink enough water but it's easy to underestimate how much water you need to drink. I'd recommend you at least try drinking a lot of water for a couple of hours before you workout and see if that makes a difference.

When you say you eat better what do you mean?

You could also try eating more. Your calorie intake might not be high enough to fuel all the exercise you are doing leaving you without enough energy to sustain your training. The quality of what you eat is important, but the quantity is aswell.
