Yea I agree running more is better for endurance. But remember my problem is not a bad endurance. But a inconsistent endurance.

I think you may just be like me then. I'm 18 and still growing a bit so you may just be outgrowing your weight class. I'm like 5'9 at 122lbs and still growing. What is your weight and height? I found after I ate even more and drank lots of water I was fine. You need to eat and hydrate for your frame

In the sport of boxing bad and inconsistent = the same thing.

Sounds like the same thing to me if you have no idea how you'll perform on any given day.

Run more and keep building up your cardio base so that there can be no doubts when you get in that ring.

Just keep in mind that with your current amount of running and boxing your body barely seems to be able to keep up. I don't know if increasing the load even further by running more will help your cause. More isn't always better. Your body needs time to recover as well. If you were to box 3 times and run 4 times it would leave you without any rest days which will have an impact on your ability to perform.

Try eating more first and see if that helps. Make sure to eat plenty of protein as well. Good luck.

Unless he changed his workout routine 6 months ago there's no reason to suspect it as the culprit. He had good endurance for a year and a half before this started. If he runs more while staying dehydrated and underfed it won't solve his endurance problem and might make it worse.

Try to do deep breathing Yoga and sh it like that could be an anxiety issue.
Fruits and Vegetables stay away from fast food, pizza, and energy drinks.
Maybe hit a power lifting gym or cross fit gym, circuit training switch it up breaks the monotony of the boxing gym...
Sprints 100 meter, 400 meter, and Hills.. Push yourself!! Do sprints one day and then do you're jogs the next...

Medicine ball also like put your stomach on the medicine ball and stretch it out that way.

That's a start maybe YouTube mma strength and conditioning workouts and Flo wrestling isn't bad.... Let me know if that works and if you need more help send me a message down the road.. take it easy and good luck

So did OP fig out the problem?

Im curious to know if it was his diet or not training enough (you all mentioned more runs) or actually overtraining?

Nice. Low carb isn't the best diet for sports that require endurance.
