I'm closing in on shoulder pressing my bodyweight (78kg) and am quite excited about holding the equivalent of myself overhead (LOL!)
Most people focus on benching instead of overhead pressing and it oftens gets overlooked. But I once saw a guy press 110kg for reps! It was damn impressive. I was wondering how much people here can press?
