i think you should watch some of jitjitsu techniques cuz 99% of fights end up on the ground. so if you have ground work on this dude like royce used to do he used to beat the **** out of guys bigger than him

Attack anatomical weak points. He gets too close and grabs, stomp his foot and crush the arch. Hit the groin, kick the knees, throat, eyes, etc. As long as it stays a 1-on-1 fight going to the ground may work if you have some experience in jiujitsu.
Benching 300 at weighing 250 isn't all that impressive, and if you're in decent shape you should have at least a speed advantage. Keep your hands up and protect your chin. Since you're on this forum and are obviously a boxing fan, you've probably seen enough fights to have some idea of defensive movement.
Most big guy bully types who've never trained in striking or other martial arts like to throw big looping punches. If he winds up for a big shot, I'd time one move in with a forearm block and hit the guy in the jaw or throat. Fight over.

Also OP, aim for his balls and he'll cry like a woman lol.
IMPORTANT
Bring some friends of your own, last thing you need is to whoop his ass only to have his band of thug friends whoop your ass. Happened to me, I was a kid, got into a friend with a guy, didn't bring any friends, I whooped his ass and resultively got my ass whooped.Last edited by Oriachim; 01-01-2009, 01:03 PM.

If you like street fighting, join ufc. No proper training required. All you have to do is walk in the cage and get your head kicked in. They will even give you a paycheck. Not much, but enough to pay for the ambulance.

know your area that you will be fighting in.... Get off first and try to manuveer him with his back up against the wall or something, and let your hands got in 3 punch combinations,,then get out, then same thing again.....that is if you have some decent hand game
If there is no wall or nothing, then kick his knee like mentioned, stay focused on what is happening, and on mobile on your toes When he goes to grab you move and counter. then talk to him while you hit, like "I hit hard dont I". this will make him even madder and he will make more mistakes, and be even more off balance.
If there are some bitches around, it will help you get plenty more *****...that is if you dont get your ass kicked...

kicking won't do anything, just punch him and be quicker than him..attack him on angles or from underneath his punches if you are shorter than him.
The person who said 99% of fights end on the ground is wrong, unless he means one of you getting knocked out. He has never been in a street fight, - in any serious street fight its almost always standing up. Maybe in the UFC, but not in a street fight - you don't have a full 10 metres apart to time a take down.
