If ginger fights Bivol or Smith, he can very well wake up in the hospital. And ggg could be ripe for the taking by a boxer like andrade.

Roc Nation literally has a division of the company called

      ROC NATION SPORTS

I remember a fight being streamed on Tidal. Roc Nation is a highly successful company in all other aspects of music and sports but couldn't make it in boxing. They threw good money after bad just like DAZN.

You keep saying DAZN isn't just a boxing app & you put out all these wishing thinking scenarios that haven't come to fruition and that aren't close to coming to fruition. So yes, DAZN is nothing more than a boxing app because that's all they have. Unless you count Bellator. But they aren't even exclusive to DAZN.

To you DAZN is a tran***ual. It's a boxing app but identifies as a sports app

When it gets reassignment surgery actually gets other sports) then we'll call it a sports app

Cmon man this ain't that complicated ffs. It was just in the news Jay Z is the first hip hop billionaire. If this DAZN guy only had a billion dollars he'd jump off the roof of some building he owns.

        Bro I'm telling you facts.

These mfers are in EVERYTHING already. They just need to get into it in the US.

And yes this US market is a whole other animal & probably a lot more competitive & they may fail & I'm not in disagreement with you there. But its not a lock they fail like you keep pinning your hopes on like a 13 year old ugly girl who's hoping the girl who keeps picking on her in class gets hit by a truck walking to school like a weirdo.

Lets look at these scorecards everyone complains about for example the total fights & cards called biased: he has the draw vs fmj that was the worst one, then you have the lara & Ggg fights where he won by very close split decision,& by UD (completely fair imho besides byrd)

Compare that to ggg for example he got cards vs Jacobs of 115-112from 2 of the 3 same judges as nelo fight he lost.(which if nothing else shows you the venue means nothing when same judges go everywhere)

Name me any fighter & I will show you scorecards in their favor where they are given 12-0 cards that are bs,& nobody batted an eye 95% of time. my pt is that I honestly think the gingers gotten a bad rap for being the cashcow very young,& that the media is very biased esp. the cbs owned media
What about Canelo's 4 - 1 card over Khan? "Harold, that's not the fight that took place tonight"!

But they had the same problem DAZN is having. They weren't familiar with the politics of the sport and ended up throwing good money after bad. The same thing we're watching DAZN do.

In boxing you have to be able to navigate many obstacles, do a favor for a guy one minute then have to **** him over the next and vice versa. You got promoters (big and small), managers, sanctioning orgs, and all of these are independent doing their own thing and with their own self serving agenda.

Having a lot of money means nothing in boxing. You have to be able to navigate the waters and know the politics. And their two initial choices for that (Hearn & Skipper) have no experience (Hearn in the US had no experience) But that seems to the thing you keep falling back on with DAZN. They have a lot of money so they'll succeed. If that were the case any Tom, ****, or Harry with money could have success in boxing. But at the top their are very few major players. DAZN can throw all the money they want at boxing. That won't be able to save them.
I remember Roc Nation complaining early on: they signed some top fighters and thought HBO was just supposed to hand them a Brinks struck full of cash to promote fights.

Doesn’t work like that, they found out.

Canelo already handily dominated backed up and beat up golovkin mexican style in the second fight. he'd knock him out in the third. golovkin is too old that will put his ass down permanently. He needs to focus on a more winnable fight. Perhaps a Jacobs rematch. He was able to get a controversial decision the first time around. Or he can try to convince Andrade he deserves a title shot, the loss to Alvarez was embarrasing. I'm not saying Andrade won't chicken out like always. But Grolovkin needs to pursue that fight anyways. Canelo is gonna take on the big real challenge now. Another weight class against Kovalev. We know that if he is the real deal he might stop ol Kovalev. Ward did it. Canelo might not be big enough but I'd give him a shot at making Kovalev quit again. Bring it on! That fight is just more exciting right now! Its the bigger PPV fight! We can always throw golovkin in there to get slaughtered and put down permanently later. This helps Grovelkin prolongue his career and stay relavent. We all saw Canelo kick his ass and back him up. We didn't just forget that happened.

It's not complicated at all. You're explaining DAZN as something it's not. And you keep referring to how much money the owner has. He's not about to pour his fortune into DAZN. He'll put as much he can afford to lose of his own money and investors will foot the majority of the bill. And investors will look at what they've accomplished so far in the US

And you keep discounting the established US companies DAZN has to compete against. Not only more established, but more money. They can't compete with Disney, Amazon, or Google.

Best case scenario I see for them is being acquired by a bigger company. And boxing might get lost in the shuffle the same way it did at HBO when they got bought out. Boxing is a headache a lot of people don't see as being profitable enough to deal with.

Yep. Boxing is a whole different animal from other sports. So many different pieces working independent of each other for their own best interest. Having money means nothing in boxing. It'll only take you so far. Skipper has to be pulling his hair out knowing he's paying these two guys a combined total of damn near $50 mil and the fight isn't made.

Don't tell me you're another biased british fanboi, because otherwise nobody seen anything else besides exactly that, when you actually use the 4 scoring criteria for boxing that the judges use. Khan did diddly besides running like a headless chicken & getting countered, NEXT
