I'm not talking about resume, opponents, or legacy, I just mean one fighter at their very best... Roy was it.

Roy also passed 3 random tests in fights after Hall in 2000.
For the record, I have absolutely no issue with this and actually support the use of PED's in sports and believe they should be legalised. So I am NOT in any way hating on the guys mentioned above, all credit to them for stepping up their game.
But lets be honest there is no way Roy could have gained the muscle he did in that short space of time. Just going by the eye test and observing his physique it's obvious he was on the juice.

"But how can these guys be so adamant that Roy was a better SMW, when I saw Joe beat him so easily in 2008?"
Ha!
He'll figure it out one day.

With my own eyes, I have never seen anyone better than him in his prime.

To him, the only version of Roy that existed was the almost 40 year old version who Joe beat.
It would honestly be like 2 guys sitting at a bar, with one saying:
"I'm telling you man, I honestly think Mike would have taken out Lennox in his prime"
With the other one replying back with:
"No way man, Danny Williams beat him"

Roy's fight night weight for Woods was about 186 pounds.
Mackie had him weighing about 10 pounds heavier, 7 months later.
He didn't pack a ton of weight on, he just changed his % of body fat.
He did the same thing with Spinks when he fought Holmes in 1985.

I dont mind people thinking that Jones was the best of all time. Its an opinion. Who can say he didnt look terrific against Vinny Paz?
