Loma's best wins are Walters and Russell

He has a better top five of wins than Mikey does at this point

Very simple, before undefeated Ward beat unified and undefeated Kovalev, both Ward and Kovalev were already top 5 P4P and the odds were 50/50. Loma hasn't beaten any top 10 P4P champions and a projected fight against non P4P Garcia would either be 50/50 odds or Garcia as the favorite. See the difference? Loma has passed the eye test but he needs to pass the actual ring test as Ward already has.
Do the simple math on how many past and present champions Ward has beaten and taken titles from and then compare that to Loma's resume.

I have no problem including him in Top5 or even Top3. If he moves up to 135 and beats a champ there, then he's undisputed #1 P4P.

He definitely passes the eye test. Sosa was a legit top contender, and Lomachenko effortlessly took him apart.

I don't hate Ward, but he hasn't beaten anybody relevant in the last 5 years except Kova by VERY split decision.

He has nothing to do near the P4P crown unless he outclasses Kova in a the rematch.

a win is a win...whether by an inch or a mile

if loma got off the canvas being behind on points and grinded it out to beat Mikey Garcia via SD...some of the same people criticizing ward would say "OMG, loma is awesome, it was the greatest comeback ive seen!!!!!"

Russell and Walters are his best wins, two highly regarded fighters that he simply dominated.

Mikey is very good, but he got a lucky escape just when the Salido fight was getting tough and Martinez put him on his ass.
