So you're saying that 500,000 casual fans, who had never paid to watch a Kell Brook fight before, saw a news bullitin saying he was moving up 2 divisions to fight some guy they'd never even heard of .. and decided they were going to get their credit cards out and pay to watch it? GTFOH!

And how do you explain this .. before GGG fought Brook, Sky Sports ran a poll asking UK sports fans who they thought was the best P4P boxer in the world .. and hey that same guy who nobody in the UK had heard about till he fought Kell came top in that poll! How do you explain that?

maybe not, but they are crying like little girls because GOLOVKIN refused an absolute fortune to fight Canelo

problem is, they are crying at Canelo LMAO

give it a rest dude, 15mil is an absolute fortune, and more than lil'G is worth

if Mr Businessman kills that fight by refusing 15mil, he will become a laughing stock..... even with you here valiantly defending him

The Uk is not the only country outside the US. Trust me, the worldwide income from a fight between GGG and Canelo would be huge . much more than Canelo's fights usually generate.

But the point I was actually making is that GGG's worldwide popularity, and his willingness to travel and defend his titles on the road, gives him more options than Canelo if a fight between them doesn't happen.

good that you agree GGG is a draw for 600K PPV buys.

how was it a cherry pick when Eubanks by his own admission bailed last minute?

because "Mr Businessman" could have simply fought someone else

they could have simply deferred the fight and found a worthy opponent..... like many others have done, it happens all the time

Golovkin did exactly that last year with Jacobs

NOBODY asked for that shht, NOBODY wanted it..... it was a silly circus-fight

Especially when he ends up back on regular HBO fighting some bum for $2mil. People will be like "he turned down 15 to make 2, what a ****ing chicken shit"

Floyd did wind up making more than $15 million vs. ODLH, but I'm not sure Cotto or B-Hop did. Percentages are nice, but everyone is assuming that GGG vs. Canelo is as big as ODLH vs. Mayweather, or Mayweather vs. Pacquiao, and I'm not so sure! We'll see how GGG vs. Jacobs does, and that will tell us everything we need to know. However, if GGG vs. Jacobs doesn't reach 500K PPVs, I think GBP decreases the offer! Do you think GGG vs. Jacobs will sell the same as Canelo vs. Chavez Jr.?

The comments that you two trolls post in Golovkin threads are like piles of hot, smelly shite.

Do you know what you get if you put two piles of ****e together? ..... A bigger pile of shite.

Golovkin didn't pick Brook doe. He signed to fight Eubank Jr, which you well know.

Mayweather-Hatton did more than double Hattons previous PPVs in the UK. Does that mean Mayweather was a bigger draw in the UK than Hatton?

Calzaghe-Manfredo attendance doubled any previous Calzaghe fight. Does that mean Manfredo was as big a draw as Calzaghe in Wales?

                    Answer it.

if Golovkin does not accept that offer, and fight Canelo NEXT..... his popularity will drop, and his gravy-train will stop

I firmly believe that nobody will accept more shht opposition

Golovkin has been criticized by some fans/insiders for YEARS..... I can see the casuals turning on Golovkin next

shht or get off the pot Golovkin, no more excuses/bullshht..... do something meaningful FFS
