come on guys, lets keep the pre fight excuse making to a minimum.

If Ward wins, just give him the credit he deserves.

why doesn't ward keep the cheating to a minimum? thats how you know you are a fanboy. no matter what happens you will find a way to excuse it if you like a guy. if ward wins legit then he gets credit. if he kessler's it, then he doesn't. pretty simple.

Headbutts happen dude. Ward was just better them Kessler. If he beats Kov it will be because he is better (barring a DQ or robbery).

Why pretend the Kessler fight is the norm? It was an outlier. Ward wins without cheating.

Just be an adult when the guy you like loses.

I just hope Kovalev is still a top Russian product on November 20th.
... I said it here: I don't like Russians at all... never did, never will...

... but your actual problem, there in the U.S., is that you really don't understand the "Russian school of boxing"...

[Wait: in fact some do have some idea as long as nobody from the Americas actually wants to fight Golovkin...]

thank you for responding in perfect fanboy style. headbutts happen it was an accident! it was an accident that ward clinched kessler 87 times. the bika fight was an accident, the rodriguez fight, parts of other fights where he needed to clinch to slow down his opponent. all those things just happen. its just a coincidence it happens to ward over and over.

... nope: Kovalev powerfully counters him... or catches him on the temple or on top of his head...

[these "cats" watch boxing but don't understand shit about it...]

Where did I use the word accident? You whine and cry way too much to be a boxing fan. You cry every time a guy you hate wins. Grow up and be an adult FFS!

Clinches happen. Headbutts happen. Rabbit punches happen. Thumbs happen. Elbows happen. To over exaggerate and pretend that is the primary reason the guy you like more lost is immature.

Ward beat Kessler because he was better. Why can't you just admit that?

What’s interesting is that Barrera threw 263 more punches than Ward in the fight. What this means is that Ward can be dramatically outworked by his opponents. (Note: Barrera is quite slow, anyway...)
Be as slippery as possible, but don't give him room = stay inside, stay away from his punches, slip, block like he did versus Froch and Allen. He didn't give them any room to extend themselves
