Kovalevs level of opposition has been much better and it will show on fight night.
GGG hasnt his entire career.....he is still hyped to the heavens lol

... by "Allen" you mean Allen Green, right?... I see...

[Wait: in fact some do have some idea as long as nobody from the Americas actually wants to fight Golovkin...]
I'm from the UK..... I'm just saying that I hope "cats" like you will still hold Kovalev as high as you do now after the fight if he loses. I don't want to hear how he's not the top Russian school product but Golovkin is.

He dosent have a deep tool box to choose from, he just has his few weapons and he makes it work for himself. His strengths are his mental toughness, physical strength, endurance, timing, and probably his best asset is his ability to make adjustments on the fly.
          Wtf?
You can hate Ward if you want, but he is clearly the most skilled boxer today, he looks like the Kasparov of the ring, but considering that you probably wouldn't apreciate Kasparov, i get that you don't apreciate the skill of Ward.

hes not that skillful really, compared to someone like loma and rigo with their technique. Mayweather was lightyears ahead. Crawford probably better technically, usyk maybe too

Ward maybe isn't as flashy as them, but he does thinks that not many people does.

NPR has a good piece, " Top 10 Reasons Why BMI Is Bogus". Basically BMI is meaningless when applied to a lean, fit athlete because the 200 year old formula assumes a sedentary person with low muscle mass and high fat content.

what does GGG has to do with this thread? is about ward and his upcoming fight vs Kovalev. how is that statement wrong? ward hasn't won a meaningful fight in 4 years. then posters like you accuse others of deflecting and not staying on topic

Look how he defends GGG...dear lord you'd think his name were Gennady Gonzalez instead of Golovkin.

Kovalev's most meaningful fight was against a 50 y/o with ZERO offense.
