Probably nothing to be concerned with at all with that, but I find that a little odd if nothing else. So Ryabinsky's word that Povetkin tested under 1.0 micrograms is the only public disclosure of the amount I've seen.
And not much of a "full ruling" here. Basically they say Povetkin is going to have to pay for special testing at his own expense and if he's popped will be punished via blah blah blah. Lotsa key **** left out as per usual with the WBC guy. Does he get his title shot back if he tests clean for some period of time? If he does get his opportunity back through testing clean for some period of time does the "postponement" status of the first match mean that World of Boxing's purse bid stands or will there be a new purse bid? Those are the questions which need to be answered & have needed to be answered for awhile already.
WBC guy sucks. He doesn't know how to run a corrupt alphabet group as good as his father. Just like in boxing where an exceptional boxers son won't ever come close to reaching his dads heights in boxing, a exceptionally corrupt alphabet group Presidents son won't ever come close to reaching his dads heights in corruption.
But hardly anyone will read the whole article, let alone admit they were wrong when they went off without letup on Povetkin supposedly being some serial doper.

Nice so this means we can finally get this fight, god I hope it can happen this year November, December I don't give af let's just get this one on!
The whole drug testing thing was a sham they had no clue what they were doing and from it all they've damaged the reputation of a boxer and made us all as fans miss out on a fight that should have happened months ago.

Yeah some 'fans' are all for blood n' gutz fights.

Some people just don't care for a soldier's or a police members life these people are just letting them do all the dirty work whilst sitting online talking mad **** about them when they don't even earn anywhere near 5% of what a top ranked boxer is earning.
You can't be for having two people beat the **** out of each other
Then also be for I care about the fighters
It's a risk these people know the risk just like everyone else in a dangerous job will know the risk, risk = reward, deal with it.

I don't recall too many cats suggesting Povetkin was a serial doper doe, but sure speculation is standard & I don't believe needs to be backtracked as its speculation not an accusation. Hell right now everyone Russian is suspect with the state sponsored PED cheating issues they've had. **** Russia not competing in the Olympics was on the table which is nuts.

Even retesting was pointless because the "dirty" test was actually within clean limits.
They in effect postponed the fight to make sure a guy who tested clean was still clean and that the legal trace of meldonium in his system wasn't "growing" on it's own. lmfao. ****ing idiots man.
