Did anybody record the Vargas-Salido fight? Right before the fight the commissioner of the CSAC talked about the levels of clenbuterol found in Vargas test. It was higher than the levels of meldonium found in Povetkin's test. I can't recall the exact levels but I know it was over 1.0 If anyone recorded that fight go back and watch that interview with the CSAC commissioner before the fight.

Probably nothing to be concerned with at all with that, but I find that a little odd if nothing else. So Ryabinsky's word that Povetkin tested under 1.0 micrograms is the only public disclosure of the amount I've seen.
And not much of a "full ruling" here. Basically they say Povetkin is going to have to pay for special testing at his own expense and if he's popped will be punished via blah blah blah. Lotsa key **** left out as per usual with the WBC guy. Does he get his title shot back if he tests clean for some period of time? If he does get his opportunity back through testing clean for some period of time does the "postponement" status of the first match mean that World of Boxing's purse bid stands or will there be a new purse bid? Those are the questions which need to be answered & have needed to be answered for awhile already.
WBC guy sucks. He doesn't know how to run a corrupt alphabet group as good as his father. Just like in boxing where an exceptional boxers son won't ever come close to reaching his dads heights in boxing, a exceptionally corrupt alphabet group Presidents son won't ever come close to reaching his dads heights in corruption.
Based on current scientific knowledge it is assumed that if you have 0.07mcg in your bloodstream then you took the drug a long time ago. In this case before Jan 1st and consistent with Povetkin's admission they took it a year ago and just for 1 week. No scientific body seems to no how long the body needs to excrete all micro-traces off the drug ... because that is what is in his body, micro traces.
However the rejoinder is that if further studies prove that for example if you take meldronium and then 3 months later you can expect to have micro traces such as 0.07 micrograms in your bloodstream then WBC reserves the right to ban him in the future.

Didn't WBC just give Wilder and his promoter grounds for dismissal of the lawsuits by stating that they (WBC) call off the bout? There is no breech of contract by Wilder or his promoter if the sanctioning body cancels the bout. And then the WBC gave Wilder permission to do another fight. Ofcourse now Povetkins promoter can attempt to sue the WBC for dragging this thing out for months.
