Suliaman should've just taken a photo of himself sat on a fence back in May and circulated it to the media once per week since then.

Just look at Salido-Vargas, had Haymon been involved I guarantee there would be a 2 page article from Thomas Hauser on Boxingscene.
Nothing is ever 100% and it let him down on one test.

Cool, now we can hopefully move on and get that fight now. I'm sure Povetkin is not excited to hear about a personalized 1-year VADA testing plan at his expense, but it beats not getting a Wilder fight.

Did they mention the amount in all that info? Obviously the implication is its under 1.0 micrograms based on those limits being "no fault", but I didn't see Povetkin's samples mentioned outright as far as how much like I seen so much mentioned outright. Probably nothing to be concerned with at all with that, but I find that a little odd if nothing else. So Ryabinsky's word that Povetkin tested under 1.0 micrograms is the only public disclosure of the amount I've seen.
And not much of a "full ruling" here. Basically they say Povetkin is going to have to pay for special testing at his own expense and if he's popped will be punished via blah blah blah. Lotsa key **** left out as per usual with the WBC guy. Does he get his title shot back if he tests clean for some period of time? If he does get his opportunity back through testing clean for some period of time does the "postponement" status of the first match mean that World of Boxing's purse bid stands or will there be a new purse bid? Those are the questions which need to be answered & have needed to be answered for awhile already.
WBC guy sucks. He doesn't know how to run a corrupt alphabet group as good as his father. Just like in boxing where an exceptional boxers son won't ever come close to reaching his dads heights in boxing, a exceptionally corrupt alphabet group Presidents son won't ever come close to reaching his dads heights in corruption.
