Nothing to hand over with Jacobs he regular champ to GGG being super champ of WBA belt, just get last belt from Saunders and move up

Looks pretty bad how Canelisha was willing to show his balls to Abel Sanchez after the Khan fight. Maybe he realized Sanchez might bring a magnifying glass and actually locate his balls.

Magomedov also needs to step it up. So many fighters at MW and they're not really distancing themselves from each other. The cream has yet to rise because the right fights aren't being made. I think there's enough decent opposition at MW that GGG will probably finish his career there.

Instead the WBC needs to do what they tried to do at 154 & 147 and have a tourney. Have Heiland, Soro, N'Dam, Murata, or/and Khytrov fight in a tourney to decide who'll challenge GGG so that we have a meaningful contender and not another Dominic Wade which only hurts the sport.

No Curtis Stevens who just wiped out 26-0 Patrick Teixeira and has a win over Tureano Johnson? Ryota Murata but no Alfonso Blanco? Avtandil Khurtsidze who beat the **** out of N'dam Njikam and Antoine Douglas?

Here's an interesting and overlooked GGG challenger...

Zaurbek Baysangurov: Trained by Abel Sanchez. Former unified titleholder. Wins over Michel Soro, Lukas Konecny, Marco Antonio Rubio. I think he's retired but he's 3 years younger then GGG and won his last matches.

Blanco is undeserving by far. He got his interim belt through politics alone. Khurtsidze is definitely a guy who could be added to that group. Like Johnson & Heiland, he's sitting on a #1 position but with the WBO.

Yeah I think Baysangurov is retired, he was 154lber anyways. Reoccurring back injury caused him to give up his belt.

Mago actually has a fight on CBS this Saturday and then may fight on the Kovalev undercard in Russia at the end of July. He's only 23 though and can afford to be moved more slowly. I was big on Antoine Douglass (still am), but we seen what happened when he got moved too fast.

Beat James DeGale in the amateurs, beat Khomitsky as a pro. How are you so sure Heiland/Murata/Johnson > Blanco?

Oh didn't know Baysangurov got Pirog'd.

I don't think Douglas was moved too quickly. Khurtsidze is a 5'4 37-year old journeyman/gatekeeper. On paper, I'd say he was a relatively safe way for Douglas to learn how to cope against the pressure style. He lost, but he showed some character by making it as long as he did.

                    WTF ?

Are these b1tches going to duck out the back door ?

If you read between the lines, they clearly don't want that fight.

Nothing positive has come from that camp, just more excuses.

I firmly believe that Golovkin will avoid yet another world-class opponent.

GGG can still make superfights though, maybe at 168 with Froch or Chavez. I would also really like to see him fight Chris Eubank Jr.

Funny, coz what I just read indicated that they do not want to negotiate with Canelo, and will likely walk away from that fight.
