Another dent in boxing... Oscar used the "we will give the fans what they want" when Floyd was dominating the cards because he couldn't even secure a phat paydate. It seems oscars as much of a duck as Floyd ended up being. He knows that this could be A fight like the first Cotto margarito fight, cotto lost soooo much out that fight, regardless if he won the rematch never was the same. The thing that is most interesting about this is the evident contempt Oscar, Canelo etc have for the fans. They feed them a series of bull**** excuses then duck but have so little respect for the fans that they're don't even hesitate, they come up with another ridiculous excuse like 'not enough time.' The truth is they've had months to prepare for these negotiations, they knew this was coming. They just don't want it.

This will definitely hurt Canelo's reputation and brand in many communities. The interesting thing will be the way this is received by Canelo's Mexican fanbase. Will tribal loyalty override distaste for this blatant duck or will elements of the base turn against him. It's going to be interesting.

Lets hope u fight Jacobs & Saunders this year & hopefully Ramirez keeps winning so u 2 could take Cinco de Mayo weekend next year from Canelo. Thatd be the ultimate victory imo.

This is going to hurt both fighters. Because people are getting tired of seeing GGG ALWAYS fight Taxi Drivers. Jacobs is fighting in July and Saunders isn't available so that leads to another 2 FKN BUMS for the year. I'm glad your excited though.
