Property in London is a good investment and a good place to park billions, if you don't want to keep it in Russia because you fear for it losing value in any investment that could be made there.

He is not poor, but is he willing to make a poor investment that has no hope of covering the cost and can he just flush millions down the toilet at this moment

I don't think I've ever witnessed a 'robbery' in Russia at the hands of the judges. Actually, I think I saw a few fights where the home fighter got screwed...

If Povetkin wins, big business. It's a risk I can see him very much taking, especially as his boxing stable (World of Boxing) is expanding quite a bit.
He can certainly do what he wants, but I would be willing to wager he got some government money back on that Wlad deal since that was a prestige event.

He has the money but he is in a tricky spot because he can't make the money back that will be required to win the purse bid and Wilder is very important to Haymon because all that applies to Wilder as well as Povetkin.

He could win because it is a personal choice at that point, but I just don't think it is a foregone conclusion.

          He shouldn't!

Drive the price up during the Purse bid, make them pay a ton of money, hope that Vladimir Hryunov shows up with his Check Book and walk away from this thing with a TON OF MONEY all together. He is the Champ so what ever the Bid end up being he walks away with the most money.

It would be ****** to Vacate!

Wilder tried to get Hughie in at 3 weeks notice, his usual trick. Hughie said he would take the fight if he could have a full camp, Wilder then ducked him.

I guess you really are a fat, ******ed gamer who still lives with his mum, nice name change/avatar.
              Bwhahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!!

So many excuses thread failed so badly, tried to make it out as If Wilder would duck a mandatory but so far Fury has ducked two very good fights and your excuse for it is non-existing

Hughie ducked Wilder and Dyson will duck Wilder as well, this isn't WWE this is real.

Why are you guys always trying to project your wishes/fears/desires on Wilder?

Wilder made it perfectly clear when these 'vacate the belt' rumours first surfaced that he aint vacating no title.

In fact, not only did he say that he wouldn't vacate, he actually said that vacating the belt is the dumbest thing he ever heard and that anyone who actually thought that is ******. His own words.

So lemmie ask, why yawl being ******?

The response was in reference to Wilder being "quiet lately."
