To answer your question GGG has always been Wards top priority ever since GGG said 154-168 3.5yrs ago , and ever since Wards contractual issues were cleared . Kov has only recently become a secondary option since GGG refuses to man up .

But I know u know all this already !
so Wards "top priority" is a guy 2 divisions below him who Ward fans say is a paper champ with zero notable wins?

Nice to see Ward aiming so high..........

You are either a troll or ****** as fuck. Maybe both.
Duva said its setup to happen in fall HBO finalizing three fight deal which will include the fall ppv fight for them so I say yes it's guaranteed to happen as long as both keep winning which I don't see anybody knocking either off in meantime maybe if you stop sipping the little g koolaid going on a crusade to defend him you will see everyone around boxing including Golovkin own promoter is saying Krusher-ward happening maybe your the troll or dumb**** more then likely mixture of both

Hmmm, which is a more equitable situation:

        Ward going up 3 (172 to 175) and then down 7 (175 to 168)

        GGG going up 8 (160 to 168) then down 11 (168 to 157) for Cotto-Canelo

Ward stans are full of it.......
        Not exactly true.

The ward/ggg fight got on the table because GGG and his fans complained cotto and canelo wouldn't fight him. They also complained that every good opponent was ducking him.

So the ward fight solves those problems. No one is suggesting GGG come back down to fight cotto or canelo because we agree with you guys that neither will fight GGG.

        SO which is it:

Cotto , Canelo and every quality opponent will not fight GGG or
GGG fans are lying about cotto, canelo, and every good opponent is ducking GGG?

I don't see how going after "The most feared guy in boxing" is aiming low ???? Especially considering he called Ward out first claiming he wanted the fight long ago . Did he only want the fight when he knew Ward couldn't fight at the time ?

Smells like some of the same garbage he pulled with the 164 catch weight . He'll only agree to fight Ward at times where either Ward cannot fight or under conditions Ward can't make . Very , very circumspect to say the least .

Fans would rather see GGG vs Cotto/Canelo. Only a small minority of fans want him to fight Ward. And he makes more money in a fight with Cotto/Canelo then Ward. Ward simply has no leverage right now in forcing a fight with GGG. Combination of Ward struggling to make 168, long layoffs and no big fights for him at 168 means his only option for a big fight is to take the HBO deal and move up and fight Kovalev at 175. A few years ago I thought for sure GGG would have to move up to face guys like Chavez, Froch, Ward for a big fight. But now that Canelo/Cotto fell into his division he ain't going nowhere anytime soon until he forces one or both those guys to fight him. Leaves Ward shyt out of luck.

Dude HBO threw it on ppv because both purses couldn't fit in budget not because this fight is ppv worthy

I hope One Punch responds. I just wish GGG fans would remember why the Ward fight got on the radar.

No one ever asked GGG to go up and come down. GGG was prepared to go to 168t for the money in a Chavez Jr. or Froch fight and then come back down.

It is not honest to suggest Ward fans or anyone is asking GGG to do what GGG fans want Ward to do.
