Ward has stated that a catchweight is impossible, as if he needed to, because Team Golovkin are well-aware of that..... and Golovkin himself admitted that a Ward fight is not in their plans in this video, ..... and yet all I hear about from Golovkin fans are excuses about networks and numbers, Ward isn't a draw blah blah.

Team GGG should just stop talking about him, and Ward should move on.

Uniesky Gonzalez wanted to fight Ward on the Cotto/Canelo undercard. That would have been a great fight, but we aren't we going to see it, because Ward turned it down, the way he turns down everybody who has even a sniff of a chance of beating him.

And I tend to not get into why didn't Ward fight Bute , this guy or that guy in the past , as I feel it's a very mute point . People r still running around here saying GGG is avoiding Lara (which I think is bullsh.t) . I don't get into that because firstly , there r a plethora of elements that cause fights to get made or fall through and we don't get most of those stories so we don't know . Ward has already has one fight at LHW, against Smith, so he can have one more on the undercard of the Cotto fight and then sign to fight Kovalev. I would even give him one more fight if he was to take it against Fonfara or Beterbiev. But no one under that level.

I'm a Ward fan, and I cant wait for that fight.

I would prefer that Golovkin sack-up first, especailly considering that Team Golovkin seem to be riding on Wards coat-tails a bit..... but whoever, Golovkin or Kovalev it doesn't matter.

Both have been mentioned, and Duva confirmed that Kova is in the works.
