Ward CHOOSE to sue Goosen in court twice, and his case was thrown out both times. He was preparing to take them to court again when Roc stepped in, bought out his contract, and paid him an undisclosed signing fee.

He could have carried on fighting while sueing Goosen, that was made clear, but he CHOOSE not to.

He could have fought 3 times since signing with Roc, on HBO, for big money, against decent opponents. But he CHOOSE to go after cans like Sartisan, Truax, and Smith instead, so ended up fighting just once, on BET, in front of a crowd of complimentary ticket holders.

Ward doesn't want challenges any more, he wants to milk his super 6 achievements for as long as he can, for as much money as he can screw out of his promoters for fighting bums.

If two options had been presented to Ward, he would have chosen the most satisfactory one.

It is extremely arrogant - in fact, childishly so - for you to state that another man must live/work under conditions/circumstances that you have no knowledge of.

If this was a subject that was 1) relevant 2) you were knowledgable about..... then maybe you would have a point.

But you dont.

Any other excuses for Golovkin to avoid Ward ?

Maybe I will embark on a little exercise later today.....

Maybe I will review this thread, specifically posts from you and HeroBando, and add up the different excuses that you have both used in this very thread alone.

Have you used more excuses in this very thread alone, than Team Golovkin have used in the last 12 months?

IF you - or Team Golovkin - had a genuine reason to object to that fight, you would state it and then defend it..... but you dont..... you provide a litany of bullshht, change tack when that bullshht gets shredded, and then try to fly with some other excuse.

How does Wards contractual issues with Goosen justify Golovkins duck ?
