Ward also talked about moving up to heavyweight one day but when I see him interviewed about Kovalev he looks like he's sharting it.

Keep deluding yourselves that Ward really wants Golovkin. He makes noise only when GGG is already training for his scheduled fight. Give me a break!

Mark my word, this will be made obvious when the Lemieux fight is over. Watch Ward's excuses not to fight.

If Loeffler emails Roc and offers $150k and 161 catchweight, is that a "legitimate" offer? No it is not, because just like Wards offer, proposing terms you know full well the other side cannot accept at this point is not legitimate, its pandering........

And I've read your posts long enough to know that although you tend to be wrong most of the time, you are not ******. You are smart enough to know that when someone is as quiet as a mime for months (right up until another fight is announced) and then magically sends an offer, that entity is not being serious......
Ward said the offer was made before the Lemieux fight.

$150k and 161 catchweight is obviously not legitimate because the terms are impossible. I wouldn't be surprised if Golovkin's team did try to offer something like that. They already proposed 164 to the media.....which they know Ward can't make.

the pressure willb e on ward to do that but first lets get this one out of the way so he doesnt have to fluctuate weight..duh..and if he cant win this one he surely has no business moving up to 175 for kovalev

not true. Ward said it was "a month or so" ago, and Loeffler says it was a day or 2 AFTER the GGG-Lemieux announcement.

Ward could produce the email and end the conversation. But he hasnt. I wonder why.........

so Ward shouldnt have to "fluctuate weight" by a measly 3 pounds, but GGG should have to move up 8 pounds for Ward, then back down 8-11 pounds for Cotto-Canelo winner?

                  you guys crack me up.........lol

He was going to go up 8lbs for Froch or Chavez and then come back down.

Yeah, yeah they were worth more money but I think we can all agree that Ward is bigger fight than Munroe and Lemiuex.

that is not true..canelo did not establish himself a star iwth his number for angulo..but lara was on ppv too...ppv is not about star status as much as it is about can the network afford the purse...and in the instance of ward vs ggg they likely couldnt afford the purse..but the hardcore boxing fans are easily buying that fight..that fight does 500k
