Floyd tested negative before he took the IV. Manny never tested at all back then. You wanted a positive test then before you could determine cheating, stay true to that standard.

masking is considered the same as a positive test. you know this. shameful way you are defending a cheat. floyd was caught cheating. manny wasn't. this is a fact. cheating doesn't simply consist of a positive test. it can consist of covering up tests which is exactly what floyd did. you know this but you are in denial/love

If you say floyd wont get a positive because he is masking-that is no different than anyone saying to you Manny wouldn't get a positive because he wouldn't test. Masking is cheating-failing to take a test is treated as a positive.

most people that get caught cheating for ped's don't actually get caught wtih the ped's in their system. they get caught for masking agents or ways to hide the ped's. there are millions of reasons to use them as well. so i guess they were all not guilty as well? why does floyd get special treatment all of a sudden? everyone else who masks ped use is punished but not floyd he gets the special well you migth not have been cheating card from his delusioanl fans. did he break teh rules or not? yes yes he did that is a fact. why don't you care that he broke the rules is the question?
