To assume Floyd and Hauser have the same capacity in knowing what and what not to say is misleading. Thanks to Al Haymon, Floyd has learned a lot and how not to get emotional.

Hauser is a general writer but also has a degree in Law. It doesn't get any more obvious or ironic that he knows exactly what he's doing in the spotlight of suspense writing, like Grisham writing conspiracy theory books turned into Hollywood films, but a degree in Law. There is little to nothing to gain financially by suing Hauser directly. And litigation is expensive and takes years for an award (justice). And at the end what did Hauser prove? Nothing. Just speculation at best.

I think Hauser would need to worry about a full transparency report, as in his sources of the rumors.

And when will this defamation suit be decided? 2017? 2018? How long did it take for Pacquiao to settle his defamation suit? And did it even prove anything or stop the allegations? Nope.
