Hauser can't get sued anyways, for what? The results were clean. Hauser didn't even say that Floyd was on PEDs. Floyd can just laugh in the background and say, "how was not being allowed at the press conferences feel!?"
Accountability game. When Floyd makes a direct statement about another on PEDs, gossip girls use the Law even though everyone knows clearly it was an opinion.

If Floyd can get sued for what you think wasn't slander then Hauser can get sued for what you think isn't libel. Its up to the court to decide if there is a case. I can file a complaint to the court tomorrow against anyone I want. Its up to the court to decide if I have cause.
Again, hence, held accountable for words being said.
Hauser is a general writer but also has a degree in Law. It doesn't get any more obvious or ironic that he knows exactly what he's doing in the spotlight of suspense writing, like Grisham writing conspiracy theory books turned into Hollywood films, but a degree in Law. No books on Floyd, fine, who cares.
Hauser is neutral. Again did he say Floyd was juicing? Did he prove that USADA, WADA, and all those involved cover up negative test results already played out by Kevin Iole?
It's too deep for you bruv.

I think Hauser would need to worry about a full transparency report, as in his sources of the rumors.

Regardless, he was successful in damaging USADA's credibility. That alone, should have provided enough incentive for them to file a defamation lawsuit. Oddly enough, USADA hasn't even threatened to take Hauser to court, they insist on riding the seesaw and hoping the whole situation would just blow over.
Definitely not the actions you would expect from a company with nothing to hide.

USADA brought down BALCO and Conte. Who cares about Hauser. Get the point?
