So I say accreditation means acting under the authority of WADA. You say nuh uh.

And that has any bearing on if USADA does their own tests or not how?

WADA accredits labs to do testing under their authority. That makes them WADA labs for the purpose of PED testing. This is another logical falacy on your part. Red herring fallacy. The origional argument was if USADA does its own testing. You have tried to shift the argument over what is a WADA accredited lab. Either or USADA does not do its own testing.

lol. What original argument? Who's? What are you contextualizing? Shift what argument? Where did I say USADA does testing?

USADA and VADA use the same WADA accredited laboratory, and they have CIR tested every Mayweather sample since the Cotto fight. It should be noted that WADA is not the owner of the lab.

Is that why major news outlets ranging from Sports Illustrated, ESPN, and Huffington Post have covered it?

Those were taken from the first page of a "Floyd banned IV" search query, plenty more on the second and third pages. This story has garnered a vast array of media attention, reaching a variety of audiences. The damage to Floyd's career has already been done, he will be regarded as a cheater by the majority of fans for years to come.

Wow. News outlets reporting on an SBNation article. Hauser made an article, but didn't accuse Floyd of cheating, just insinuating, or else he get sued. Classy.

Why should it be noted? Certainly not germane to this argument. What accreditation means is another argument. Its just a large red herring fallacy.

He'd only get sued if the other side wasn't afraid of discovery. You dont sue someone when you have documents you are tying to hide.

We dont know that because USADA wont release any records they are under confidentiality agreements.

But as I have said before the CIR test is very beatable if you have your own chemist who can synthesize testosterone from cholesterol rather than industry standard phytosterol. Which Floyd has. His name is Memo.

All the CIR test is looking for is a phytosterol base.

                      Says you.

Hauser can't get sued anyways, for what? The results were clean. Hauser didn't even say that Floyd was on PEDs. Floyd can just laugh in the background and say, "how was not being allowed at the press conferences feel!?"

Accountability game. When Floyd makes a direct statement about another on PEDs, gossip girls use the Law even though everyone knows clearly it was an opinion.
