Even PED experts like Victor Conte don't even take your stance. And instead believe Mayweather is doing something else entirely if he is indeed using PEDs.
Sorry but the information that is out there points to Floyd doing something to get an advantage that he should not have received. That was the whole point of these tests, remember? At the end it was Floyd that ended up getting the advantage while Manny was refused.
The commissions had denied Manny but were OK with Floyd getting an advantage and you think this is all acceptable. :
Aguilar denied it (for Manny), saying the commission had no previous indication there was an injury and couldnt allow a shot in fairness to the Mayweather camp.
The commissions had no previous indications on Floyd's so called injury that required medical help and an IV after the weigh in. Yet, all is good in Vegas!!!

I have stated in the past, and just now, that without factual evidence, all anyone has is nothing but speculation. I can be of the opinion that Marquez was on PEDs during Marquez vs. Pacquiao 4, but there is no proof that Marquez was on PEDs. So I'm doing nothing more than speculating. Similarly, some are of the opinion that unless the boxer is doing random drug testing year round, than they are dirty. But that too is speculation, not fact.

Those circumstances is enough to formulate a credible case against Floyd. We know that you do not want to go there but again, its at this point much more than speculation. They are facts that have been admitted to. There is no way that Floyd should have been allowed to get that IV after the weigh in but he did.
The commission said themselves about Manny that they can't approve because it was too late in the game for a request even though they were non-prohibited in nature and even though they were told BEFORE the fight. Floyd by-passed that step altogether. So to say, the commissions were not aware nor did they approve BEFORE the fight.
So by their own statements, Floyd did something against what the commissions expect. That is, unless there are 2 standards. One for Manny and a different, special one for the Vegas hometown guy named Floyd.

NSAC makes no sense here.
