We have USADA informing NSAC on May 21st of a retroactive TUE being granted. You do understand the meaning of the word retroactive dont you? We also know that the TUE was applied for on May 19th.
We know the TUE was applied for on the 19th? How? Hauser? So why does an application for a regular TUE take as much as 21 (or 28) days? What does the date the NSAC was notified have to do with the date/time Floyd allegedly notified USADA.
There are a lot of circumstances that point to Floyd doing it. Follow Lance Armstrong's case as an example then see what Floyd did. Very similar.
Those circumstances is enough to formulate a credible case against Floyd. We know that you do not want to go there but again, its at this point much more than speculation. They are facts that have been admitted to. There is no way that Floyd should have been allowed to get that IV after the weigh in but he did.
The commission said themselves about Manny that they can't approve because it was too late in the game for a request even though they were non-prohibited in nature and even though they were told BEFORE the fight. Floyd by-passed that step altogether. So to say, the commissions were not aware nor did they approve BEFORE the fight.
So by their own statements, Floyd did something against what the commissions expect. That is, unless there are 2 standards. One for Manny and a different, special one for the Vegas hometown guy named Floyd.
You can point fingers all you want. Anyone can point fingers towards any athlete. It is nothing more than hot speculation. It's just your opinion, nothing more.

Jeez you're dumb.
So you are asking why it was applied for so late and approved so fast?
Because it's a cover up. Not everyone who works for USADA is a corrupt son of a *****. Actually there have been many leaks like the positive Morales tests.
A USADA tester went to floyd's house and discovered evidence of an IV. That news is going to spread within USADA. It is eventually going to leak. USADA eventually realized that they could not keep A lid on it so they quickly manufacturered and approved aTUE to get in front of it.
You actually do ask the right question but yoy are too biased to see where it really leads. You think that the application date could not have been the 19th because of the quick turn around. The simpler answer is that it was the 19th and the quick approval was because it was a cover up.

And where did you get this information from? USADA told you? So USADA produced the TUE as a cover-up because they couldn't cover-up internally that there was an IV?

This is like pulling teeth.
It's not complex. It normally takes 21-28 days to get a TUE approved, with the implication that a TUE granted by the 21st must've been submitted about 21-28 days prior. May 1st happens to fall within that time frame.
And where did you get this information from? USADA told you? So USADA produced the TUE as a cover-up because they couldn't cover-up internally that there was an IV?
It makes no sense. If USADA is in Floyd's pocket, why would they bother showing up unannounced? Heck, why even bother testing him at all? Why not just fake all the test results?
