Just wait and you'll see what they magically put together.

LMAO this is what NSACs Bennett just said regarding Frank Mir's application for TUE with USADA. The article is dated September 13, 2015 so this is as recent as it gets. Here's the :

Pugmire was told by NSAC executive director Bob Bennett that USADA is "confusing the fighters." In addition, Bennett told MMA Fighting, "The Nevada State Athletic Commission is the only body that can authorize a the****utic use exemption in the state of Nevada."
      LMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Seriously, LMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Let's see if Bennett also changes his stance once Frank Mir pays him in a few days. Oh wait, Mir is not as rich as Froid so poor Frank LOL

Any injection of any type needs approval and hence anything that you inject (whatever the substance) in yourself will be against the rules. It doesn't matter if it's saline (or what Mayweather claims was saline). You can't stick needles in period without asking the commission first if it's okay.

It's not complex. It normally takes 21-28 days to get a TUE approved, with the implication that a TUE granted by the 21st must've been submitted about 21-28 days prior. May 1st happens to fall within that time frame.

Why am I even doing this?
if Floyd submitted TUE 21-28 days prior how did he know he will be dehydrated by that time?

Can you point out this rule? I haven't seen it yet. It's possible I've missed it.

I'll accept some fault here due to the way I phrased the statement.

TUEs have to be submitted 21 days ahead of the event for national level athletes, or 28 days for international level athletes, implying they can take up to about 21 days to get approved.

May 1st to May 21st falls within that range.

You Floyd lovers tell me why Floyd is insisting on using USADA, when

1.) USADA is 10 times more expensive than VADA

2.) VADA has a track record of catching and banning cheaters

                3.) USADA does not

4.) VADA is testing for synthetic testosterone, which is the only test that matters

5.) USADA is only doing the T/E Ratio which can easily be manipulated

                I demand answers.

                Another Fact:

Floyd can manipulate whenever testing starts with USADA because the testing only starts when the fight is officially announced. Who is the only guy that ever announces fights?
Floyd himself! You must wonder how it took him forever to announce the Berto fight now?

When things start to get over-complicated, the simplest explanation tends to be the truth. In this case, there's no denying that Floyd took 15 times the allowed amount of saline for a meager 3 lb weight cut without a legitimate TUE from the NSAC. Instead, USADA had to bend their own rules in order to grant a retroactive pass for him to use banned IVs stating dehydration concerns.

Now ask yourself, why would Floyd be dehydrated when he's never had an issue making the welterweight limit in the past? Furthermore, Pacquiao was subjected to the same stringent testing yet didn't require IVs to rehydrate.

The two most logical explanations as to why Floyd needed the IVs are: (1) His fight night weight is much greater than he claims. (2) He's using the IVs as a masking agent for PEDs.

Regardless of whether it's the former or the latter, the outcome remains the same, Floyd ends up being exposed as a liar.

                      Game. Set. Match.

I wouldn't hold my breath if I were you. Even all their collective ******ed minds can't come up with any logical, reasonable and acceptable explanation for that LOL

Something more to add to that list is, why the need for 750ml? When that amount is not only above normal, it's waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay beyond normal for any condition that isn't a medical emergency.

Also, why is NSAC's Bennett now saying the same thing (the same statements he made originally regarding Froids TUE BEFORE he got paid bigtime by Froid) regarding Frank Mir's application for TUE with USADA?

So is the "The Nevada State Athletic Commission is the only body that can authorize a the****utic use exemption in the state of Nevada" rule only apply when it comes to fighters not named Froid Armstrong? LOL!

So many smokes, so many things not making any sense. And yet they still keep on parroting that Froid Armstrong is innocent LMAO!
