USADA made the affirmative claim that they were notified before hand. Since you WADA's rules of TUE rules I posted you know full well that they are required to document everything. It should be easy enough for them to provide evidence where it true. To date they have provided no such evidence because it doesn't exist.
Supports, proves, same thing in this scenario. I'm confident the paperwork is in order. If the need arises, I'm sure the evidence will be disclosed.

Back to the lack of any evidence on Hauser's part.....

Why would you buy into that story without any corroborating evidence?

LOL. Proof that you fIomos live vicariously through your hero's fraudulent "achievements".. and your first paragraph is just BS dickriding at it's finest. I'm done with you, don't have the time to argue with idiots. You on the other hand seem to have all the time in the world to defend your scumbag hero, so by all means, go on..

The NSAC has also went on the record to state that USADA has failed to properly communicate with them on 3 different occasions where fighters tested dirty.
What can they gain financially from suing Hauser?

What does USADA's failure to notify them on those 3 occasions have to do with Floyd's case?

So a guy that weighed 150 lbs a month before fight night new ahead of time he would be dehydrated and asked for a TUE. And he was right, he dhydrated himself cutting 3.5 LBS. Then instead of taking 50ml, he takes 750ml.

No prove is a level of supporting evidence as to meet some standard such as probable in civil law or beyond a reasonable doubt in criminal law. At present there has been 0 evidence presented to support the claim the USADA knew about the IV beforehand.

It shows that if they dropped the ball 3 times prior to Floyd IV debacle then they are an incompetent agency and there is some validity to what Hauser wrote.

We do know for a fact that USADA has lied in the past.
And there is not one single KNOWN and credible witness (not anonymous) that can say what USADA claims is a lie. So you either have to believe USADA and Team Mayweather, or you believe something else. Keep in mind, the IV was not some secret. It was known information since May.

If USADA really wanted to be devious, USADA and Team Mayweather could have covered up the info about the IV rather than release it to the press.

Why won't the media report our 6 conspiracy theories glued together as a fact?

I can simply believe the dates and language of the TUE filings. Given the probable standard based on the evidence it is more likely than not that USADA found out after the IV.
