5 of 6 fans will believe FM is innocent and that Hauser is a racist, liar.

A TUE is not a regular thing and a retroactive TUE is rare. (FACT)

Vada follows it's own guideline it states is ment to "closely track" that of the wada international standards,
But if you take the time to read it it is nowhere near as detailed as the
Wada international standards. For example the guidelines for vada the****utic use exemption is only 2 and half pages long. If Mayweather complied with the usada using the international standards he would have based on the vada guidelines, but of course usada is supposedly in Mayweather's pocket.

Now here's the major difference: vada has no oversight. A usada decision can be reviewed by the wada since it follows wada international standards. Vada's decisions are final since they only follow their own standards, so if Mayweather had applied for and received a tue from the vada that would be the end of it unless they chose to investigate themselves.
