This tells you all you need to know folks, and even trying to defend this is like lifting your skirt. This is a clear indication they do not want the fight.

Truth is, this is a "fair" offer. However, the fact that GGG said he would fight Chavez Jr. and Froch @ 168, makes GGG look scared of Ward's power. It's a PR problem, but the "50/50" is intriguing. If I'm Ward, I give him the 164, and counter with 60/40(Ward). Ward did beat Froch already, and GGG beat...well nobody.

I dont think its fair at all. I think 50/50 is fair because when Ward is active, they draw about the same. They mentioned 164 because they are well aware Ward is trying to test waters at 175 right now. I just think they keep being asked this question and he finally caved and made up these terms to get interviewers off his back.
