I used to agree with you, until he spanked Pacquiao, at welter........

Actually, I'm just being mischevious, I do agree with you, JMM is clearly not a welter.

But he is a great fighter nonetheless.

I dont think Marquez would consider that rematch too seriously. He is obviously not motivated solely by money, which is why he will not risk another robbery by fighting Manny again.

Marquez' comments in this article, are completely misplaced when discussing the Mayweather fight..... but they are when very accurate when discussing the first 3 Pacquiao fights, especially the 3rd.

Seriously, read the article again, and change Mayweathers name for Pacs.

Marquez has made attempts to return in the last twelve months, but a lingering knee injury has continued to delay his plans. Several training camps have been disrupted by the injury.

After months of rehabilitation, Marquez will sit down with his doctor in a month's time and make a final decision on his career.

So now all of a sudden JMM wants to verbally pop off after being humble and respectful to TBE up until this point.

JMM just wants a payday like everyone else. The blueprint to get a fight with Mayweather makes sense.

Criticize TBE. Manipulate the docile segment of boxing fans to believe the hype. Get a fight with TBE. Clearly lose to TBE. Claim to be robbed in the postfight because you knew coming in that TBE is not a Knockout Artist.

Hell even Diego Corrales threw a hissy fit after his stepdaddy stopped him from receiving more abuse at the hands of TBE.

Boxers just want to get paid so they talk crap about TBE. Then they get schooled and use their TBE earnings to become a FAT SLOB (see Marcos Maidana/Ricky Hatton).

If I was a boxer near TBE's weight class, I guess I'd talk smack about TBE, take my 12 rounds schooling and retire with my highest ever pay day.

Even GGG is calling out TBE. And they wonder why his nickname is TBE.

Perhaps that's because both are both the same size, no matter what weight class they're fighting in. Both come in well under the WW max hydrated and fed.

In the Context of JMM's post, Pac was a one armed chicken chaser,,,just think what he would have done with two good arms, with his core balance back, with his mind on punches instead of Pain

Pac won the fight anyway 7 to 5 live with it , or cry.

Pac nor anyone else can win in Vegas with JR, you gots to KO his azzz but its like JMM said how do you KO a fast CHICKEN ????????

Jr will always remembered for the JMM fight.

He brought him from a fat 130 to WELTER WEIGHT , what 144 or 146 and then Cheated one him with an undisclosed weight. Jr brags on whuppin the wee little mang.

              That fight DEFINES MAYWEATHER JR
You are an incredibility ****** individual.

              1) Mayweather cheated Marquez, then schooled him

              2) Pacquiao cheated Marquez, then got KTFO for his troubles

Just like the cheat Pac put on Hatton/Hoya/Cotto/Margarito/Marquez, huh ?

All of those opponents were disadvantaged on the scale when Pac fought them.

And all you have to cry about Mayweather, is Marquez.....

Marquez, the guy who nearly decapitated Hypeiao

Most boxers who know Floyd have said he's not a legit Welterweight either. Even at age 38 he can make 140.

If JMM isn't a WW then he should have moved back down to 140 or 135 like Broner and other non Welterweights have done.

Speaking of Broner, I rarely hear anyone say Broner wasn't a legit WW when he fought Maidana. Even though just a year prior to the Maidana fight, Broner was at 130.

                      The double standard are pathetic.
