Its a tough situation and i sympathize but I think that Team Pac handled it poorly.
They intentionally refrained from disclosing the injury on the questionaire and I tend to agree more with NSAC about denying him the shot at fight night. Any other boxer who did the same would've been denied too. The fact that the fight was so huge shouldn't influence how the commission does its job.
They gambled that they could beat Floyd with one good arm and getting the shot without disclosing injury to NSAC and they paid for it. Since they didn't disclose prefight, the injury should have been kept under wraps and not brought up to diminish Floyd's victory. Live with your decisions and protect your integrity.

Floyd of course already knew because he had spies in the camp, but since they were cleared to use the medication anyway, why would they bother mentioning the injury? There was no benefit to them...until of course NSAC went super-tight on them banning water vitamins and the toradol shot, when according to Pacquiao they had never been so restrictive before.

I can see where team Pac is coming from with regards to not disclosing the shoulder injury, if they are under the assumption that they will be receiving the medication that they need prior to the fight.
Still, this whole fiasco reeks of corruption. I agree that the fight should have been postponed but let's get real, no way that happens.

Let's be real they slapped this fight together in record time once both parties agreed. normally there are 3-4 months of promo before a ppv figtht... Mann yknew he was hurt about a month out. they shouldve pulled out and rescheduled. What's gonna happen you make the fans wait... they had been waiting for 5 years at that point!!! that only makes them want to see it more... Pac pulling would've probably added a couple 100k in ppv buys as the demand would've grown even more.

This is all a moot point cuz even with one arm, Pacquiao did enough to win

All the blame falls under NSAC and USADA, they were the ones governing the testing and the fight itself. That's the problem when you have two en****** that were not communcating properly with each other. Under normal situations it would have been all handled by NSAC.
Pacquiao's team informed USADA about the injury and medication they could use. It should have been communicated to NSAC.
NSAC meanwhile should have done due diligence regarding the medical questionnaire. All they needed to do was carry out the basic process, nothing really extraordinary. Just asked what was the medication for and they would have found out about the injury.
And why would USADA authorize the injection for fight night 5 days prior and not inform NSAC? This has become a clusterf~ck between those two governing bodies.
So how would you feel as a fighter like Pac who was expecting that the injection had been approved 5 days prior and suddenly fight night it was taken away. That's why he says he was sabotaged. The question is was it in purpose and truly sabotaged or was it just pure incompetence.

Blaming Pacquiao for not pulling out of the fight became moot once NSAC found out about the injury. That responsibility then fell on them. It didn't matter that it was fight night, it became NSAC's call to shut down the fight, they were the governing body. They're the ones who had to step up to the plate and do the right thing regardless.
