As a governing body which has the ultimate responsibility for the safety of a fighter, obviously the right action would be on the safe side, like what any professional would do.

Like I say at the point where they found out about the injury, it's moot about anything else that happened previously, whether they thought it was Pacquiao's fault or they thought it was USADA's fault, that all became moot. The ultimate responsibility to act fell on them. The decision to carry on with the fight or not or to let him use the injection or not, fell on them.

Pacquiao's own doctors cleared him to fight.

Why would USADA approve the injection for the fight 5 days prior as per Hauser's article, if they weren't knowledgeable of the injury. Why would they approve any meds without knowing why they are being used. There's a lot of gaps here.

Like I say it seems like a clusterf~ck. Is it because they are dealing with numerous people and these people are not informing the relevant individuals? In both USADA and NSAC.

As another posted said, Team Pacquiao's own physicians cleared him to fight. And also concluded that he would be fine without the injection of the medication.

And again, the injury was noted at the very last minute and without ANY evidence. They cannot just take Team Pacquiao's word at face value in event it's a hoax.

Pacquiao's doctor also cleared the injection, USADA doctors also cleared the injection. NSAC denied it.

Because you don't need to have an injury to use the medication. There was no need to mention an alleged injury, especially if they were truly worried about Team Mayweather finding out about it.

USADA, like NSAC, has went on record saying they knew NOTHING about an injury.

On may2nd PAC looked like PAC , fought like PAC usually fights. Floyd fought like he usually fights. The shoulder bs is bad business for PAC. Just comebrightnout and say you lost and you want a rematch. This time PAC will take the juice. His Popeyes spinach to try to win.

NSAC has to act on what the fighter says, his doctor, a well known professional corroborated it. USADA approved the injection.

This is the kind of problem that happens when no one seems to be in charge. If one was in charge they would have known everything. The fighter would have known exactly what's happening fight night. It's hard enough for a fighter to get ready for a fight and has to deal with multiple en****** that aren't talking to each other and has to rely on the fighter to inform one and then the other. Maybe that should have been made clear to the fighter at the beginning, inform USADA then inform NSAC yourself.
