Canelo should wait 4-5 years imo. He needs to be in his prime to face GGG. He already rushed too early to fight floyd.

I'm afraid that by the time Canelo is ready, GGG will have outgrown 160 and gone to 168. As for Cotto, I've stated here before that he will NEVER face Golovkin.

Why does it feel like we've heard this before?......Several tomes....from several different fighters.....everybody wants to fight GGG in 5 years lol

Not that Canelo is ducking him. I got respect for the ginger he fights whoever we want him too. He'll fight Cotto and the winner of that will fight GGG and I can't wait! 2 amazing fights to look forward too!

there is absolutely no doubt he would fight ggg but i think oscar is in his ear telling him no well do it in the future i dont think canelo is the problem if the fight dont happen soon its oscar. plus honestly it would make more sense for canelo to fight him now and make ggg meet him at 155 rather then wait till canelo gets to 160. no one would be made if he fought ggg at a catch weight

de la hoya and alvared needs to stop this nonsense. there's absolutely no way alvared is getting in there with 3G. again for anybody that does'nt know. in a very short sparring session. GGG almost knocked alavred's head off with head gear.mosley was there and confirmed it. he aint ever fighting 3G, period.

So now HBO is gonna tease the canelo v ggg fight for years while telling us they make the best matchups and the fights fans want to see.

                Canelo has 3 big fights:

Andrade, Cotto and GGG. I dont mind if he chooses to fight GGG after Andrade and Cotto

Canelo-Cotto is obviously next. GGG will take a step aside fee and take the WBO from Lee and the IBF from the Lemieux vs N'Dam winner.

Then we will get a mega fight for the undisputed MW title.

By that time, Canelo-GGG will be the biggest fight in boxing.

Andrade isn't a big fight. Not at all. A good solid opponent, sure. Big fight, no.

But yeah, we've heard this over and over. "I'll fight Golovkin! Just not right now". Danny Jacobs, Peter Quillin (said he will fight Golovkin when it's "Mayweather-Pacquiao money" lol), Canelo, Cotto...
