Nice Monday Morning QB'ing, though. Let's go pick for pick for about 6 months. Name the sports.Last edited by johnm is...; 03-04-2015, 02:49 PM.

If money has not been exchanged, then, like I said, Haymon should rescind his offer and they should remain Pac's sparring partners. If money was already exchanged, then, assuming there was a contract, it should be modified to allow them to spar with pacquiao. That modification would of course require at least some return of their compensation to Mr. Haymon; enough for the compensation to be less than what they would have received as Pacquiao's sparring partner. Or Haymon could just pay them and modify the contract without receiving money back since sparring partners don't make much anyways. Either would be fair due to the explicit bad faith exercised by Mr. haymon.
Haymon shouldnt have to do anything.
Assuming it is true, he cannot force those guys to accept his offer. If they do accept, its up to the other side to counter his moves.
Either by upping their offers to other sparring partners or making sure their offers are secret so Haymon wont know who to reach to make counter-offers. They can also try to do the same with Floyd's sparring partners, it would make that much more difference because its so much harder to find a southpaw.
Anyways the notion that Haymon is showing "explicit bad faith" is laughable.
They are at war.
Im tired of the excuses and the crying.

In an hour, you'll be *****ing at a poster who uses the same logic regarding Manny and PED's.

They're not at war. Not even figuratively. They're fighting for 36 minutes and will both be paid eight to nine figures.
Also, you don't know what bad faith means lmao.
