Word. It's not a mistake, but, as you said, it does "wreak of desperation." Just canceling the agreement would do. The apology is definitely unnecessary.

im saying thats not far out of the window. why would haymon do this for if floyd doesnt know about it? assuming all this is true. so u think haymon would just secretly pay these guys not to spar with pac without floyd knowing about it or without floyd saying something? again like i said if this is true.

I suck at NFL betting. You act like that's some big secret. It's always been my worst sport. I do OK on teaser's, but that's about it.

Ignore that track record on NHL, MLB, CBB, CFB, Boxing, and MMA, though. I'd hate to make you look completely ******, while falling back on NFL.

Nice Monday Morning QB'ing, though. Let's go pick for pick for about 6 months. Name the sports.

If money has not been exchanged, then, like I said, Haymon should rescind his offer and they should remain Pac's sparring partners. If money was already exchanged, then, assuming there was a contract, it should be modified to allow them to spar with pacquiao. That modification would of course require at least some return of their compensation to Mr. Haymon; enough for the compensation to be less than what they would have received as Pacquiao's sparring partner. Or Haymon could just pay them and modify the contract without receiving money back since sparring partners don't make much anyways. Either would be fair due to the explicit bad faith exercised by Mr. haymon.
            Lets make something clear.

Haymon shouldnt have to do anything.

Assuming it is true, he cannot force those guys to accept his offer. If they do accept, its up to the other side to counter his moves.

Either by upping their offers to other sparring partners or making sure their offers are secret so Haymon wont know who to reach to make counter-offers. They can also try to do the same with Floyd's sparring partners, it would make that much more difference because its so much harder to find a southpaw.

Anyways the notion that Haymon is showing "explicit bad faith" is laughable.

            They are at war.

Im tired of the excuses and the crying.

Relax, bruv. I just countered your obv trollin w/ trollin. I don't watch 1/2 of the sports you listed.

              You're a good lad.

Dude, I'm not going to argue with you. you've made up your mind Floyd knows about it, without any evidence suggesting he does.

In an hour, you'll be *****ing at a poster who uses the same logic regarding Manny and PED's.

I'm with you if this were an open market type of deal. But this is a shady, back-door deal that Manny/Roach may not have even known about. If both sides were informed, then I would tend to agree with you. The onus would be on Manny/Roach/Arum to counter Haymon's moves, and should do so in the future now that they know.

They're not at war. Not even figuratively. They're fighting for 36 minutes and will both be paid eight to nine figures.

Also, you don't know what bad faith means lmao.

Well played, sir. I can appreciate a good re-troll.

i didnt said floyd knows about it. i said thats not far out of the question. then i asked u, why would haymon do such a thing if floyd doesnt know about it, which u have yet to answer. so assuming this is all true, u think haymon is gonna go behind floyd's back and do this? and for what? what is haymon getting out of this?
