Answer that question? Sounds like Arum and Manny are just trying to make it seem like Floyd is procrastinating but in reality there is more going on with the details being ironed out.
    All Floyd had to say is that he was happy to hear that Manny was agreeing to the demands and that the only thing that was left to iron out were the Networks agreement. Floyd was instead bringing up old stories and bringing up Manny's PPV numbers. The last time Floyd did that Floyd came back with new roadblocks.

    Again, Floyd was talking negatively. Why? There must be more to it than just the Networks needing to come to an agreement ........

      That video speaks the truth.

      The ending gave me chills. Floyd senior saying, 'I'm concerned of my son's life.'

      Says it all.

      Pac is the real deal. A true legend in and out of the ring.

              Floyd said he would prefer to be a rich coward than to get hurt by a person who's cheating, can't understand why that could be wrong? If i'm about to get into a fist fight and me and my opponent agreed that it'd only be a fist fight, then if the guy i'm fighting is about to get a gun, i'm not fighting him no matter what because it's not a fair fight especially when it's a fight for the money and not for self protection or for protecting someone, health is more important that money and everybody knows that!

              This "giving the fans what they want" is the same BS Arum and Pacquiao has been saying to put more pressure on Floyd to fight them for less money than he actually deserves, they've been trying for many years to paint the picture to the public that Floyd Mayweather is a coward and nobody should watch a coward instead people should watch the people's champ Pacquiao so that they become more popular and Floyd becomes less popular so that they get more leverage in negotiations and make more money for the fight, and they will keep doing this unil they become the A side and Floyd becomes the B side so they can get a 60-40 split in their favor, which is not going to happen.

              Their strategy hasn't been working though, Floyd's popularity has grown a lot in the past couple of years whereas Pacquiao's popularity has become much much less, that's why the negotiations have been tough, Arum doesn't want to accept the fact that he is the B side in this. The B side accepts all the conditions that the A side proposes especially if the A side is generous enough to include a rematch clause in the contract, if the B side beats the A side in the first match, then the B side becomes the A side and vice versa in the rematch, then they get to call all the shots for the rematch, it's a fair deal in my opinion, Floyd was the B side before when he fought Dela Hoya and he agreed to everything in a second because he wanted the fight, Dela Hoya made almost 80 million whereas Floyd made like 30, Floyd had to move up in weight, he had to wear heavyweight gloves with extra padding and so on.. if Arum wanted the fight to happen he woulda agreed to Mayweather's terms long time ago, and actually him saying that Pac signed this NON-EXISTING contract is what supports my hypothesis, again they're trying to make believe that Floyd is a coward and Pac is a hero, SHOW US THE CONTRACT!***65279;

                Stop spewing your false propaganda....what proof do you have of Pac cheating? If he was cheating why did Floyd overpay to settle Pacman's defamation suit against Floyd a few years ago shortly after Pacs side subpoenaed for Floyd's 3 failed drug tests from the Usda? I can assure you Floyd is nowhere near as popular as PacquiAO. Pac is everywhere....a politician, actor, basketball player, a judge for Miss Universe. What does Floyd do to stay relevant? Tweet and flaunt his money and sports betting he won or make the news for hitting his girlfriends?

                      There's no definite proof that he's cheating, I already said that that, but there are reasons why people should be su****ious especially after Pacquiao's refusal to take the test.
                      Floyd paid more to get out of trouble, this has nothing to do with Pacquiao or his PED use and LOL at Floyd's 3 failed tests, Pacquiao's fans would say and believe anything to get their point through, everybody knows this is bull****, there's no evidence in the world that Floyd failed any kind of testing, he was the 1st one to introduce random olympic style testing to boxing, why would he do that if he's on something?
                      Pacquiao is only famous in the phillipines, look at his PPV numbers and look at Floyd's.
                      Whatever Floyd does to stay relevant is ok as long as he doesn't do it on the expense of anybody else (unlike Pacquiao and his people, who have been calling Mayweather a coward for almost 5 years to ruin his name and popularity so that people pay more attention to the hero Pacquiao) LOL.
                      Look at facts and don't be a fanboy
