Maybe you should take a step back, whenever you hear him or anyone else talk, and try to see similar patterns and make up your own conclusion instead of eating whatever comes out of Floyd.

I believe what is the truth as you may or may not know because you been on here since 2008 as well. Did Mayweather say there were negotiations? Did Espinoza say that HBO/Showtime need to iron out some business? Did Floyd say he wanted the fight? So if the negotiations are going on, HBO/Showtime are working it out and Floyd is still on board.... how is that not the truth?

He clearly explained that even though Manny Pacquiao wants the fights, his opinion doesn't matter because Arum and Koncz are in full control over him, if they don't wanna let the fight happpen it won't happen even if he cried to them, that's what he means! Bob Arum has been talking to Moonves. So even if Pacquiao has no say it wouldn't even matter. And why would Floyd even say that? What matters is if Floyd wants to fight and negotiate. Now there's even doubt coming from Floyd's side that there has been any negotiations.

Manny stock dropped over the years so much that even Pacquiao told the media he would take less to make the fight with Floyd so Floyd called him with the 40Mil offer. These are all facts but of course Mayweather is the one who don't want the fight even though there are so many hands in this pot but whatever make people feel good and sleep at night. WBC/WBA welterweight champion Floyd Mayweather Jr. spoke out publicly for the first time on the ongoing negotiations to make a mega-fight with WBO welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao on May 2nd at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

Pacquiao recently stated, in several interviews, that he agreed to all of the terms - on his side of the negotiations. Bob Arum of Top Rank, who promotes Pacquiao, says his company is also satisfied with the terms.

Based on Mayweather's comments, the fight is not as close as everyone seems to be writing.

I think this is due to resentment Floyd has toward Pacquiao for still being with Top Rank/Bob Arum. I'm sure Bob is a pain in the ass to deal with.
