Rigondeaux is a special talent, his fights are not exciting because he's operating at a higher level than anybody they put in front him. Also he DGAF about pleasing the fans and in turn the majority of fans are turned off by his style. Boxing is about hitting and not getting hit, but at the end of the day it's also entertainment and we all tune in hoping for a spectacular display of unscripted pugilistic violence between both combatants.
