      No because he avoided tests. As such, I can only assess his actions.

      His actions are suspect. That doesn't mean he's guilty. It just means anyone wanting evidence can't get it.

        do we have to go thru this again?? the testing will still be RANDOM up until the cut off date that they agreed on. so if they agree on 6 days out that means manny will be tested RANDOMLY up until the 6 days if theres any reasons to keep testing up until that day.
