Why the hell do people forget Pacquiao agreed to testing but with a 14day cut off PLUS testing right after fight lmfao. People wanna remember what they want to.
Also, Pac did random testing for Rios and dominated him much like how he beat Clottey. Nothing too impressive but a shutout none the less.
Only guys hes knocked out cold was Hatton, lol Pac has been a TKO boxer not a KO artist, Paulie is just a damn hater and hes been like that for years. That statement, I believe should apply to any and all boxers. There are no legitimate reasons to side-step and or avoid drug testing in the sport of boxing. It cannot be justified!!

has paulie condemned hopkins for rejecting pascal's request for drug testing? and isn't it strange and amazing that a man at 50 years old can still beat down guys in their prime? yet paulie says nothing. even now hopkins doesn't do extra testing to prove he's clean.

and how come paulie is so vocal about drug testing and being clean yet he hasn't, to my knowledge, submitted himself to extra drug testing. isn't that unfair and strange?
