Paulie has always had this opinion of Pacquiao since the Miguel Cotto fight. He even called out Amir Khan, and then got dominated for 11 straight rounds.

To be honest, you are right. Even if Pacfarts will cry to high heavens that what Paulie said is wrong, it will not not make it wrong. After the first nego, Pac was interviewed in Phil media (print and radio) that he declined to have blood testing because he had a dream when he was young that taking blood from him makes him weak. So it was not Roach that made him decline the testing, not even Arum. Or the refusal to bow to May's idiotic demands. It was the fear of being busted.
An honest question to Pac fans, most especially to Pacfarts. Pac wanted Marquez to undergo blood testing but when Marq countered that they do the same, Pac declined, why? In the 2nd Pac-Bradley fight, Bradley volunteered to pay the testing fees for both of them but Pac still refused, why?

after everything that's come out you people are still parroting floyd talking points and have zero evidence of ped use.
you can feel the way you wanna feel doesnt change the fact that you are far from an objective source considering you hated pacquiao even before floyd sr. uttered the words peds.

Paulie might lack power but that mother****er got balls of steel lol....I still can't believe he went in raw with no vasiline lmfao....WOW!!
Paulie is my dude but IMO Arum pulled Pac's strings and made him sound suspect with the reasons for denying the random testing for the Floyd fight...I don't think Arum wanted the fight....Pac is a great fighter but he's also Arum's lil puppet...Pac was matched very well....nothing complicated about the styles he taxed during his run.....Marquez is the only fighter he's faced that set traps and complicated things for Pac.....video don't lie...check out all those rumbles

Either Paulie is looking for a cash out payday against Pac and hoping this stirs some shiet up, or he got drunk last night and started watching replays of him getting his azz whooped by Cotto and Hatton and, then watched the little Asian whoop them both like red headed step children and still cant accept it.
On that note, I like Paulie. Even when he's in a fight where its obvious that he doesnt have a chance in hell he still gives it his all. He's just coming across as bitter here though. Any boxer who goes on a 15 tweet rant about another boxer at 9pm on a monday night seems a bit obsessed.

ranting and raving and singling people out isnt advancing the sport towards better testing protocols. Accusing people with no evidence isn't doing anything good either.
What the alphabet soups are currently doing - trying to standardize a stricter testing method across organizations - IS. What VADA and its participants are doing - IS.
And this guy is a broadcaster? Talk about, unprofessional.

Paulie just needs to let this **** go. Manny probably doesn't even know who the f**k Paulie is. If you asked Pacquiao today if he knows who Paulie Malignaggi is he'd probably say "yeah, he played Christopher in the Sopranos, right?"
