Why are y'all changing the wording of this AND saying "imagine if"? It is what it is. He said "beat the **** out of a MexiCAN". He didn't come with a pronoun and then a noun.

The proper context/comparison would be if a foreign fighter said I beat an American fighter.... absolutely nothing would have happened! What you should be asking yourself is why some continue to attempt to separate Black Americans from the American collective. This is absolutely nothing to do with race if you want to be objective. They are repurposing his comment and making an example out of him period. I would more easily accept him being punished for being classless but they know that would not hold up to scrutiny. You cannot begin to even compare it to Donald Sterling comments or history of discriminatory actions.
