      That is not the same thing. Its not even remotely in the same category of signing fighters.

      Floyd wanted to sign that contract, Chavez doesnt want to and Arum is sending others to try talk his father and people into it. Thats slimy and desperate.

          Good on Chavez, but this all but sinks the Golokvin fight. He will probably sit out the 8 months he has left on his contract now

              People are forgetting that, while Chavez would make serious money for this fight, Top Rank would rake in far more. This is a big fight! It will have a huge gate! Lots of TV money! Lots of sponsorship money!

              Arum is, once again, cutting off his own ****in nose to spite his face.
