I don't see how this is even an issue. You know those fighters promoters wanted a chance to bring their fighters to the US and get them more money and exsposure. Thats why they got into the super 6.Yet you blame Ward.

As I said to the thread maker, the issue isn't fear or bravery-its profit and exsposure in the biggest boxing media market-the US.

You again ignore the points about Hamed and Hagler. Great fighters can win wherever they fight. HOF fighters can win wherever they fight. Fighters like the ones you mentioned are not in either category-which is why they lost. Not location.

Is it impossible for you to understand, that there was more money to be made in Europe? The marker was there and so was the opponents. The glory and global Fame was what the s6 could deliver for them.

The way I see it, Ward would have lost to Kessler had the fight been staged outside of jOakland and without a ridiculously biased referee.
